Hotel staff freindly and welcoming, service and attention to detail good. rooms big and well appointed, with good storage and working areas.
No coffee or tea supplied, with the kettle and cups in the room. you had to ask for them.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The location was very good, both for where I had to do business and for walking into the town.
With the wooden floors, it got noisy in the morning when people were leaving their rooms.

The rooms at Albergo Della Roccia are amazing! They have satellite TV with Sky channels, which kept the kids entertained. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. Most importantly, our room had a private balcony, which added a special touch to our stay.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the seating area in some of the units. But hey, that's just my preference.

Good clean comfortable room, good selection choice at breakfast. Although we stayed on or outward journey and return journey, both dates unfortunately coincided with the chef taking his first holiday in 3 years, so the restaurant was closed at dinner. We were assured that the food would have been excellent and were recommended a pizzeria just 5 minute walk away which was very good.
Air conditioning unit was just a little disturbing during the night.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! From the friendly and welcoming reception to the member of staff who made us the most mind-blowing espresso coffee, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The hotel itself was lovely, with a clean and relaxing garden area where we could unwind. The breakfast spread was super, with a wide range of choices and fresh orange juice that was a real jaw-dropping delight. The rooms were spacious and airy, and the fact that they had a minibar/fridge made our stay even more convenient. the value for money was excellent, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
